- A local surveyor from Concept will attend your property free of charge within 1 – 2 days, prepare a building schedule & submit this direct to your insurer
- Concept’s local Claims Manager will meet a loss adjuster, if necessary at your premises
- Upon receiving the authorisation, Concept will arrange for the work to be undertaken to your complete satisfaction
- Once authorisation is received, the Claims Manger’s building division, assuming the role of main contractor, will arrange for the work to commence promptly.
